I'm loving the new Garageband as well, most times limits are the catalyst for creativity.

Try the new Shins album 'Port of Morrow' I'm really enjoying this at the moment, also The Thrills ' So much for the City' and 'Teenager'. Both these have great 60's elements which make is a great choice for summer road trips. Check out Pheonix albums too, great stuff there.
