Thought it would be a cool idea to get some interaction between diy guys and make a fuzz club. Basically help each other with parts and circuits and trouble shooting. Share experiences with tones and get links to some youtube clips etc. Just help with someone wanting to try their hand at something.

What you guys think?
Great idea! If only I could actually get any circuit to work the way it should...
First rule of fuzz club...... 8)

But on a serious note, I thing this is an awesome idea! I'm looking to build my first fuzz pedal I'm the near future and I'd appreciate any help anyone has to offer
Sounds cool. I've built a few fuzzes and would be keen to learn. All I've got to contribute is my own recipe for a bazz fuss, but it would be interesting
          Sounds interesting

For beginners should we do something with a single transistor?

Is this a question for the beginners? ?

I'd be keen to give it a go. I've been wanting to learn a bit about basic electronics for ages.

                Sounds like a plan.
Sounds good. What would the estimated cost involved.

I've also built a Bazz Fuss. Cool Single transistor + diode design. A good one to start with. It's really easy to breadboard the core distortion part of the circuit and then play around with adding input and output caps, etc. Lots of info on the Tonfiend archives though...

Haha I'm as beginner as they get and I'm trying something with 12 switchable transistors ? ? ?
Doesn't get any simpler than this... It's a Bass Fuzz by R.G. Keen (I think, don't quote me.)

It works with guitar and is simple enough to experiment with different value components, add a tone stack, ect...

Oh, and I really like this club idea.
