Absolutely! I'm used to vocals carrying the melody, so it'll be grand to have some track with vocals to jam with - we far too often just instrumental backing tracks

Can we use a royalty free drum track? The only backing tracks I can think off are those that consist of drums and rhythm guitar. Will be a bit tricky to make any that has to exclude guitar o.O

That was more difficult than expected, usually I start with a main tune and check how to accompany afterwards
No pipes this time, guess they are a bit toooo intrusive for backing
I used some virtual strings, choir, bass guitar and drums.

guidothepimmp I did purposefully make it 2 instead of 3 weeks, if there's no guitar, no need to spend tooo much time away from it.

Heh, I did do a revisit of a past track. What was muted wasn't entirely up to me, the only sample that loaded was the bassline - t'was a sign - I I didn't think I could use the enter the dragon samples royalty free. Forgot how much guitar I had in this, up to 4 layers in places, almost all of the fx are guitar based (used Guitar Rig 4) . The loop is the last 1min of the track, always wondered what was missing, so a chance to hear what other ideas peeps have.
