I'm planning on doing, drums, bass and some synth effects. But not using rhythm makes it tricky..

    It does...though you got the options of bass, keys/synths, royalty free samples, vocals, etc...

    I mean you can even sneak a banjo or bagpipes in there 🤦

        Well, here's my entry...
        That was more difficult than expected, usually I start with a main tune and check how to accompany afterwards 😆
        No pipes this time, guess they are a bit toooo intrusive for backing 😅
        I used some virtual strings, choir, bass guitar and drums.

        I'm arbitrarily extending the deadline by a day for Human Rights Day (Public Holiday in RSA, Monday 21st March).

                  guidothepimmp I did purposefully make it 2 instead of 3 weeks, if there's no guitar, no need to spend tooo much time away from it.

                  Heh, I did do a revisit of a past track. What was muted wasn't entirely up to me, the only sample that loaded was the bassline - t'was a sign - I I didn't think I could use the enter the dragon samples royalty free. Forgot how much guitar I had in this, up to 4 layers in places, almost all of the fx are guitar based (used Guitar Rig 4) . The loop is the last 1min of the track, always wondered what was missing, so a chance to hear what other ideas peeps have.
