Be careful of this one, I had a very close inspection of it and it wtook it to a reputable luthier for inspection, it is NOT the original finish, someone has masked it off and resprayed gold paint over the original gold finish. The headstock logo was badly masked off and now 'indented' when you run a finger over it, the aged look and feel comes from the crappy re-finish job - all around the body and neck binding there is s distinctive bump where it was masked off. Thw worn look is actually green mould where the new paint has oxidised............
The serial number is real, and the git is a real Gibby, but it has really been buggered around with as far as finish goes.
Ok if you want a Les Paul, but not ok as originality goes and the finish is K@K................the luthier I took it to said it is a really nice sounding git, but is ruined as far as the finish goes, and the neck is so rough that after 20 min of serious playing your hand will be like sandpaper...

Movies..??? - friday entertainment was Squad Cars............heehee............although I do remember watching a pirate copy of Rocky Horror shown through a projector that kept jamming and we had to stop the movie to sort out the yards of film that ran off the reel........
Still got my folks original His Master Voice wind up grammophone and the Glen Millers etc to go with it......Wound it up the other day - was awesome to listen to the old stuff crackling away........

its not an archtop - flat top 3/4.....need to take stings off and clean her up....frets have fretwire, but the inlays are strange.....will know more when I clean her up,,,,,,,,,,it is complete, but very negleted..........wood looks like could be mahogany.......anyway whatever she is - its old and deserves better than rotting away in a corner.......will clean her p and add to the cabinet collection for the hell of it.......... ?

Found a lovely old 3/4 git in a pawn shop........Wizard made in USA stencilled on the headstock, looks like hand painted fret markers, the label inside the sound hole is very faded, entire guitar is dark wood......I am not bothered with value, but want to find out more about it and cant at this stage find any info on the net except that it is possibly a Harmony house brand made around 1940...........
Any additional info or help would be appreciated.....

Recently retired after 33 years in the air.............stating with guitars again after same time period...........playing guitar is so much more peaceful, less stressful, far less expensive and maintenance issues are unlikely to lead to personal injury................... ? ?

I have been given a Boss GT Pro and really would like to get it set up and see what it can do. I have the manual, but no software or drivers.........I have tried to download the drivers off the website, but I think my computer is too old or I am too old and I just cant seem to get it right....
Does anyone out there have a disc or such that can be copied. I will glady pay whatever costs for copying, posting etc..
Any help would be appreciated..
