I escape to my man cave and guitars whenever I can

I started playing more than 10 years ago but only got taught a few basic songs and never learned anything else (no previous musical background or talent except for listening to and enjoying).
Almost two years ago I decided to learn to play the guitar and since then I spend what time I can on tutorial books and videos. I've come a long way and am learning more and more about the blues (my favourite genre and I believe the basis of the other music like rock 'n' roll that I like).

I've recorded a couple of songs I wrote by myself (so the quality isn't great and I don't really have a singing voice but I had fun doing it).

If u get stuck don't hesitate to ask - ? been playing for about 8 years so hopefully i will be able to help, if not there is more than enough experiance between the rest of the guys, and as luck would have it....friendly aswell ?

Stoffeltoo, that was my condition when we moved into a bigger house; one room is my territory and I do what I want to there and keep my stuff there. It's just about only guitars and books. If it's possible to post a pic I will.

By the way, it's good to see you guys know my favourite band. I've heard Given to fly live a few times but had to travel to the US and UK and Ireland to see them. Worth every cent though, they are amazing and have 3 very talented guitarists.

DaFiz, make it your mission. It is so great to have that space to escape to whenever I have the time. Even if it's only for 10 minutes it brightens up the day to play with your favourite toys while in a space you created and which no one else can change.
