I've been able to access all other sites but not guitarforum.co.za. Is it the site, my service provider (MWEB) or something else?
Has anyone else had problems accessing the site today?
I've not had any problems today, but I'm on a corporate network which doesn't use MWEB.PeteM wrote: I've been able to access all other sites but not guitarforum.co.za. Is it the site, my service provider (MWEB) or something else?
Bob was saying he had some DNS issues with his ISP and had trouble accessing the site over the past few days, and possibly still has a problem.
The DNS server is dodgy, they are busy working to fix, might still take a daym
BB still works though

Also had problems accessing today, also using MWEB...

Tried all morning and could not get on. Now finally got on. Also with MWeb/Telkom ADSL.

Never mind, just me getting old and having finger trouble
Back in. Even OpenDNS couldn't find GFSA (which, as far as I can tell, was up all the time) so whoever broke whatever they broke it real good ?
Had problems all morning
Tried my BB and Cell C connection

Strangely had no access with Cell C on my PC, but could see the forum with MTN from my cell phone.
I still can't login properly with Chrome, but I can with Firefox - (which means anyone else struggling should try clearing their cache, I'm just too lazy to try that with Chrome).

Yep, I farked up a DNS update and had to do it manually today. Huge mess but thankfully sorted now and WON'T be happening again!
Thx Norio - been missing my daily "fix" and getting all cranky!! ?
All cool now... thanks Norio.
