This reminds me of a product launch that I was at many years ago and at which the main sales rep for the company concerned got things embarassingly wrong.
Lesley Rae Dowling was invited. Said rep said "she won't pitch". She did. She was very polite, no airs and graces, and easy on the eyes.
She finds herself talking to said rep, holds out her hand and says "Oh... I'm Lesley Rae Dowling".
He says "Right! And I'm the Queen of f...ing England."
Oops.
