After the Crate 100W battled to keep up... ☹
I went and got myself an Ashdown 300W which should have no problem "keeping up" ?

Oh, and the dude was also selling a Fender Precison Bass guitar,
So I'm having tremendous fun playing along with the hi-fi on, and Madam aint so happy. :'(

Nice upgrade 8) How heavy is that Ashdown? Can imagine its going to be fun lugging it around ?
Thanx Bud. It's smaller than the Crate but heavier indeed :-[
but no problem, the castors are already fitted... ?
Sweet! looking forward to hearing it at practice ?
          Lekker, catch you okes tonight!

I was offered an Ashdown 500watt combo with 4 x 10" speakers and I nearly took it. ?
I figure that woud've kicked some ass bigtime. This one does the trick OK... I'm delighted. ?
Previous owners sight was a bit impaired, hence the stickers all over the place... :?
I haven't bothered removing them at all, and it helps with which ones affect the sound... ie: loudness - "ON" ?
Those Mag 300 are great amps. We use a Mag 300 4x10 combo at church.

Last weekend our Sub amp for the PA decided not to work so I had to use the bass amp only without Pa reinforcement for the meetings.
Kept up easily in a church of 550 people with live band through the PA. I was suitably impressed.

great setup, can't go wrong with a P Bass and an ashdown.

i also really liked the tone of the ashdowns, i played a couple of bass amps when my bro got his ampeg and the ashdown was in the top 5 best sounding ones. congrats mate and i hope you bringin some thundering, earthquakin, boots a shaking bass lines to the jams.

                          OoohLaLa...gimme ?

Completely dismantled the bridge assembly and removed the old gunk, re-setting the intonation and fitting fresh strings,
                          MrMin treatment and "string glide"...

                          ready for action. ?
