How is it that you all have evidence against Pete so quickly at hand. Pete maybe there is a secret sect against you... maybe its because they are jealous of your guitar playing abilities.

It seems most likely to me that Keira is simply using a colloquialism. "Bra" as in "china", "broer", "friend" etc.
