Changing Profile Picture...?

To anyone who can help.

Maybe I am just being Dof ??? ???.... but I cannot change my profile picture.

I have tried to upload a new picture from my PC to GFSA as per the changing of my profile details ETC..ETC...but my old picture remains on my profile... ??? ???

Is there a problem with me (don't answer that....); or is there currently a problem on the forum server..!!!

Rudolf's quip about the spider on your head got to you ?

I changed mine about a week ago and it took about 4 days to change. Maybe Norio can answer that one

Have you tried a "hard refresh"? It's CTRL F5 or just F5.

I've picked up this problem too.

Try logging out and back in again.

Also check your signature - it's done some weird stuff to that too (also done it to mine before).

I think Norio had to redraw it first - or the cut and paste thing was too literal. ?

Fixed! This problem comes from back in the day when GFSA was hosted in SA and I was using Amazon to host the avatars, to save bandwidth. The trouble being that it wasn't updating Amazon when you changed your pic. Instead of fixing that, I've just reverted to loading the pics on my server, seeing as bandwidth is so cheap in the US, I'm sure it's safe ?

Thanx Tom. Funny enough, when you said you wanted to change your pic, I thought "Tom" would be a great choice. You guys look very alike (accept for the whiskers) ?
