Hey fellow guitar friends, I'm from the east rand jhb,I found this exellent forum while searching for "guitar repairs and modifying in jhb" on google as I want to buy guitars and modify them hehehe I've been into guitars since I was 13 but stopped for years until 5 years ago when I got a behringer guitar and amp hahaha I played on and off for 2 years then decided to take it more seriously that's when I got my first new guitar, an ltd ec10, from then I've had an aria pro 2 explorer, jackson js32 kelly, dean dime o flage ml, dean dime razorback red, epiphone les paul special, ibanez rg270 and a hohner L75 which are all gone now sadly currently I play on my jackson rr3 crimson swirl,I also have an epiphone les paul standard and a epiphone les paul junior, my amps I have are a line6 spider 2 30 and a peavy viper 30, I play only metal and am now only learning chords etc,I am a metal head born and bred but also enjoy punk, folk and other guitar related genres, I have built a guitar too but it became a decoration hahaha I want to start buying broken/unwanted guitars and other instruments so I can learn to repair them and so I can start a guitar collection
