Hey guys and girls....
By way of an introduction, I am a drummer who is trying his hand at guitar after years of influence from my dad (CostaFonix).
I mainly joined the forum to gather all possible tips and info about guitar playing (and also the cool smileys) :dance:
In the drums department, I have a Medeli electric (DD508) and a Pearl World Series with Zildjian K crashes and Sabian ride and hi hat.
In the guitar department, I have a Cort Acoustic, an Epiphone Special II with a small Roland Cube 15XL amp.
I primarily love rock music, but can pretty much listen to and enjoy anything...
Hope this gives the forum a vague idea of who I am...

Welcome to the dark side! I don't have an acoustic kit anymore, but I'm also a fan of the K dark crashes (and the 14" K hats). I always found the crashes to sit nicely in a band mix, while Paistes (my other fave crashes) cut through. The Sabian rides are great rock cymbals - especially if you like thwacking the bell with the shoulder of the sticks (I do - more cowbell anyone?). ?
