Just found this forum while searching for music related forums in SA. Quite happy to stumble upon on this, as I've been reading for a while and can see some of SA's best opinions and information is right here! Hoping to learn alot and pass on anything that I can ?
Been playing for about 4 years on and off. Had a real passion to play but yeah its faded for a long time now. Hoping to get right back into playing and learn thoroughly and comprehensively enough to be a good solid rhythm and lead player. I currently play in the church praise/worship, though we only play alot of pop rock, CCM and gospel styled tracks. I do enjoy playing a range of music: Metal, Hard Rock, Rock, Classic Rock, pop etc. The gear that I currently have is an Acoustic Washburn Semi-acoustic - D10SCELH and an Ibanez GRG170DXL. Yeah I'm left-handed which can be a disadvantage when finding gear! But yeah I get through the nite ? Anyway hope to enjoy myself here! ?
