EHX Memory Boy Deluxe or Boss DD20 Giga Delay?
2 very different pedals man, personal I'd go with the MB...a lot warmer and the modulation can go from subtle to insane,not to forget the oscillation you can get out of it...
My experience with the dd20 is limited thou and it has good rep and is supper versatile.
Do sum youtubing and checkout a demo or 2,or ultimately try them out...

DD-20 would be my choice - I like my delays clean, exact and sharp.
The EHX has more character, more of a grungy vibe to it, which is great if you like that kind of thing.
