REad an article in which it was stated that ppl who play musical instruments generally have higher IQ's than none players. Now we all know guitarists are the pick of the musical bunch so any mensans here?

Looks like a fretless bass fingerboard to me. Viewed from the body side.

You could have run a "Guess what" comp, charge R20 per entry, and made enough money to buy a brand new Sender or Eboness.......and still have enough for a winner prize of a lifetime supply of Red Sharkfin plectrums for the winner!!!!!........hahahahaha.......... ?

Less than 2 meters away from me hangs my Fender fretless bass and if I look at it down the length either way the tuning posts or the bridge pops up at the end. Im sorry Don but profile pic still looks like someone or something hiding and a grey blanket albeit a somewhat geometric blanket with 4 seams or stripes.

Some did and some didn't. Isn't that a cool indication of how different we are. There are always more than one side to anything, you just need to look differently. My wife had to point out the blanket thing to me. She saw it first time.

Yes. Emphasis on more likely. Not will. Intelligence gives you a significant advantage, all other factors being equal. But it's no kind of guarantee of success as you seem to be implying. Neither is lack of intelligence a guarantee of failure. It's merely a disadvantage. In most cases the context of a person's life determine how much advantage they can take of their intelligence, or how much their lack of intelligence affects them.

I.Q.s may be lower in prison and higher in the boardroom. But you'll find a nice smattering of geniuses in prison and dullards in the boardroom.

I disagree the biggest blithering idiots I have had the misfortune of dealing with during my 20 years of incarceration in the corporate world have been the CEO's Senior managment et al these guys make Zuma and Malema seem intelligent >☹
