Do you mean the "Gibstone", or the fact that Bon Jovi advertises that he's from New Jersey on his guitar? ?
Did Brian May really play a Guild?

But I thought #25 looked dodgy.

As far as I know Brian May played a guitar his father made for him but also played a Guild "replica" of this. I am sure the Guild Brian May model was also available for a limited period. The first Guild BHM1 was introduced in 1984. See here for more info:

#11 - You'd need give that thing a shave before you can play with it ?
#16 - Prefered Michael Anthony's Jack Daniels bass but this one looks pretty hot too
        #17 - Sexy ass V. I've always loved these.
        #26 - Hell yeah!!!
        #31 - Hell yeah again!!!
#36 - Ledgendary. Long live King Edward
#45 - Had a cheap-ass black strat copy when I started playing that looked just like this. I'm sorry I sold it 'cos I dug that guitar - I thought I was Clapton back then 8)
No. 44 is off Flight of the Concordes - a perfect sitcom for the music lover. You should check it out.

Bob's nailed the fail. Can we say why? ?
            Well spotted Bob.

That aint a melody maker is it? Mosrite mehtinks. Not sure what model though!
Skywalker takes it. It's a Mosrite Ventures. Awesome classic guitars. When I was buying a surf guitar you could only get originals that went for crazy money. But they're making new ones in Japan now and they're affordable again.
                :woohoo:

Can't say that they're my favs though. Recognised it from Ramones pics.

I had a Gibson Melody Maker in 79. The shape was more like #3 than #25 unless all these years of self medication has got the better of me 8)
Yep. Don't know what happened there. A Mosrite doesn't look much like a melody maker.
#36 seems like a minor fail to me, because EVH used his Ibanez Destroyer for Runnin' with the devil.
They should have rather mentioned a song like Panama / Jump or Hot for teacher.
Well spotted Arjun. Cool collection of guitars though, eh?
