Chat improvements

I've upgraded chat to the latest version and also enabled a socket server to make it more responsive. Please test and let me know how it goes ?

We folks in the madhouse have been getting a lot of these messages since you upgraded.

I think we better sort it out, Rudolf is getting a tad out of hand with his "ChatBot hates me" paranoia, must be from all the socks he been smoking

Oh, and while we're stamping our feet...could we please have the top GFSA banner open up the site in a new tab, and the same for in-Chat linkies that are posted? Muchos gracias!

Also looks like the chat user totals in the navbar are off again since the upgrade.

For all those interested . Nokia and blackberry users , can use the chat in a program called bolt browser .just google it on your phone to load it .
