That should be fine. I think an hour should do it, but it'll be interactive and depend on questions. Anyone who knows me knows I can go on for days if encouraged. Can let a few guys try their hand at doing their own under my supervision. Setup parties... LOL! What next? ?
We have a 10 foot by 3 foot counter in the middle of the kitchen ?
Not going to be in the way of food/drink in the kitchen? Anything from desk size up is fine, So could even be done outside upstairs. I'll bring a mat, neck rest and tools. A small amp nearby would be handy for the pickup adjustment phase.
