Hi everyone,

The idea is to share a link to some exercises that helped your guitar playing. Ill start this off- I created this file on Tux guitar (http://www.tuxguitar.com.ar/download.html) which is 100% free and awesome and free.

This is a classic little exercise that uses the Am pentatonic scale and is ideal to practice some alt picking. The idea is to get it to 120beats comfortably. If you can go quicker, awesome. I found this helped me with being more fluid in my picking and finger movements.

    Here is a basic exercise for fingers.....
    This exercise helped me alot, and i still do it everyday...........

    Use this exercise with one finger per fret, meaning, that each finger has its own fret???

    1=index finger
    2=middle
    3=ring
    4=pinky


    1 3 2 4 3 1 4 2 move 1 fret, and continue the pattern.

    It takes some time to get use to, but certainly help getting picking accurate with fingering.

        This excercise is for developing some rake technique, its been my warm-up for ages, and I reckon its okay! ?
        You play the E B and G string in one cosecutive upstroke and then G B and E on the downstroke no hammer-ons, so you get a sort of rolling motion going.
