Manny, i'm hoping to go. I'll try and get Arjun to go too.
I would like to meet some new faces on the forum.

I would be going back later the night to check out some new talent in the shredders showdown.
Damn. Life got in the way, now i can't make it. I hope you guys have a rocking time.
ahoy dudes. will be at the ampcrank later today. will be cool if we could arrange a mini gfsa meetup.
Just came from the workshop, was pretty cool to check out laneys gear.

Any thoughts on the VC 15 and the Lionheart
Didn't see a VC15 there, but there was a lionheart(didn't test it out, stupid me)
The ones i checked out was the LC50 head into a 2x12 cab, out of all this is the one i liked the most.

There where also VH100R head and GH100L head, both through a 4x12cab, if i had to choose between the 2 i'll go a for the GH100L, they also send it through a hotplate to get the valve sound going.

                now onto the bass........
There was a NEXUS FET that is a valve state amp, it seems to perform well on active bass guitars but not so good on a passive bass, but i geuss one should spend more time in tweaking the sweet spot, on the other hand there was a RB9 head(solid state) going through a 4x10" cab and a 15'' cab, it likes active and passive bass guitars, it sounded real smooth, think it was a 300watt. next to it was a RB7(2x12 combo amp) with a exterenal 15'' cab connected, sounded pretty close to the RB9.
                  I have a RB7.......Great amp.

Had a silly fault on it the other day.....bad solder joint on the lower mid frequency pot to the PCB that created a strange feedback noise......all fixed now and the amp sounds really full.....BTW it's a 2 x 10" with an HF.....300W amp @ 4 ohms
