Three entries for the Back2Back Backing track challenge this month. We got country-ish, shreddy medievilzzz and a loaf-fi 60's bass groove. 😅

Please have a listen and vote for you favourite - no prizes this month - but Bonus points for comments and feedback 👍

Back to 'normal' voting this month, the poll is up and working, though you'll still have to view voters to to count the votes

Voting closes Monday, 28st March 2022 at 10am

Onto the entries!

Meticus - GuitarTalk Backing Track

That was more difficult than expected, usually I start with a main tune and check how to accompany afterwards 😆
No pipes this time, guess they are a bit toooo intrusive for backing 😅
I used some virtual strings, choir, bass guitar and drums.

V8 - Funky Full Moon

Key A, BPM:107, should loop nicely to itself.
Bass line from a Loopmasters pack, midi drum pattern from Addictive drums.

Studmissile - Honky Tonk Lullaby (116BPM)

*And if you just wanna run through the entries without clicking here's a playlist:

If you didn't manage to get a backing track entered, but would still like to share it with us, please do! Add it to this thread and I'll include it in the playlist

Thank YOU for listening & Enjoy!

Who backed the track?

This poll has ended.

Like, like, like. Will have to take a proper listen on the monitors, then make me decision.

Heh, 3 way tie! Nice one gents, it was more about getting entries than votes this month. We'll use these backing tracks sometime in the next while.

To kick off deliberations on the next challenge, I'll suggest "Something distorted" - topic inspired by all the daft news I've stoopidly been consuming recently. Any others?
