Had one. Stupidly let it go. Anyone getting tired of theirs? I'm just aching to have a Fender amp again. [Sigh].

Afraid not Funkadelic. I would love to try one sometime. They look awesome.

Wow! I just bought a Peavey Classic 50 212 a week or two ago. Now I wish I waited but I was of the opinion I'll never be able to own a Fender again eish! Should I run to the bank, sell the Peavey? Hard choices! I like the C50 by the way. Sounds good and full sound. Possibly due to the 2 speaker configuration?

Even a great 1x12 will struggle to hang with a decent 2x12 in a which-sounds-better test - two speakers are incredibly seductive. There's just MORE. I like the Peavey Classic line - I had a 30 and with a speaker change from the stock Blue Marvel it was a great-sounding amp. Different midrange sound from a Fender for sure, but does its own thing well (despite its habit of unsoldering itself thanks to a bit of a silly layout design). Classic 50 probably much heavier to move around but if you like it you like it - nothing wrong with it. Check out some of Mike Burns' gear videos - he uses a C50 and it sounds amazing.

Thanks for the insight. I'm super happy with the C50. Especially paired with the Satriani Vox Ice 9 pedal I have. Puts me in creamy blues territory instantly.
