During this groove workshop, his band mate Anthony Wellington drops this immense knowledge bomb. I'll post it up in a seperate thread - because this IS how I understood rhythm - it wasn't 'natural' for me, I needed a visualization and a method. The way he lays it out was pretty much perfect for me.
