Hi everyone,
desperately looking for an RG655. If anybody knows anyone that even just has one (not necessarily selling), please let me know... Maybe I can make him an offer.
Thanks

Or something similar...
Did you try www.bidorbuy.co.za. I just had a look they have a lot of similar instruments, Ibanez, at very reasonable prices.
Don't know much about the rg range but just saw this...
Saw this...
Educate a Ibanez luddite (at least on the RG's) - why a 655? If it's the orange paintjob (I like), I can hook ya up with a rattlecan of dayglo ?
@V8 The RG655 is basically the re-incarnation of the old 550's with updated specs, like the Super Wizard Neck (very stable with titanium rods). Bang for buck, it's probably the best guitar in my opinion as it's likely the most cost effective way to get the Super Wizard neck along with the AANJ neck joint... And that's something I like about the 655's over the 550's is that it has the AANJ neck joint instead of the old tilt joint (which feels a bit intrsuive once you're used to AANJ, haha)
mxninja Ahaa, gotcha! It's a spec thing - I'm all for a super stable neck - it's my one bugbear - skinny necks that move with the weather. My strat has one glaring weakness - lovely wizard-esque skinny neck, my shreddy mates love the feel - but it cannot hold a tuning when the weather warms/cools. And I got every bit of graphtech nonsense and a tremel-no - no banana.
Weird that Ibby's don't all have a countered neck joint - it's kinda the reason for getting one? High fret shredability (not that I know what that is...:p)
