Sorry guys there's no PMs in this forum software but I'm busy writing an extension for it.

In the meanwhile, you can post your email here like this:

Email: norio <at> guitartalk <dot> co <dot> za (This prevents bots from spamming you.)

Otherwise you can also link to any social media profiles you have. People can then message you there.

For example, for Facebook I'd put: https://www.facebook.com/norri

New update, we have private discussions.

They work like normal discussions except only you and the people you choose can see inside 'em.
They're still a bit buggy. (On mobile you have to refresh to see new posts. There were also reported issues with uploads not working.)

To start a private discussion on Desktop:

Hover your mouse over a member's picture.
Click the "⠇" menu.
Click "Send <member> a message"
Click "OK".
Type something. (You don't need tags but you DO need add a title or "subject".)
Click "Post Private Discussion"

It's not quite what you're used to in terms of "PMs" or stuff like that but it does mean you can share private info without everyone seeing it. Stuff like your email address, phone number, etc.
