New to guitars and the forum

Hi,

I'm 46 years old and have been playing guitar every day for the past 13 months. A complete beginner in other words.

I'm here to learn from you guys (especially from your mistakes ?) and to snap up a 2nd-hand Taylor or Martin for steal. Or, you know, some electric thing.

I'm stilling playing on the Cort AD810 E I bought a year ago. But my other hobby does take a lot of funds ☹. I have four parasites living in my house that I have to support too. So the Taylor and or Martin will have to wait. Till June at least.

But you're off to a good start, playing daily is winning. And you've got the makings of a handy band there (I see kids as a potential jam buddies), keys, drums, bass and vocals - sorted. 8)

I learned a couple of chords at 16 and then Life took me down some interesting Low and High roads where I didn't even have a guitar for 10 or more years. Did my first open mic at 47 and now at 53 I am still a beginner but the good thing there is always so much to learn!
