Lay your bets people.

My money is on Diaz. I like McGregor and as the superior striker he'll probably win but Nate is a nutter, a brawler and an excellent grappler.

I'd rather McGregor win because I like his style but how fantastic would it be to see him tap out or get demolished by another shit talker like Nate.

I had to google this , hahaha. A mate of mine is an EFC world champ and he is a member of Mensa which makes it a very strange combination, he is also a networking genius.

I guess its how modern man tests his mettle...

not a fan of the sport at all.

I don't usually follow it (or any sports for that matter, just a nerd that way) but I saw this McGregor guy and hes such an insane character and great at promoting fights that I've been following him ever since.

Him and Anderson Silva's road to recovery.
        McGregor all the way. :applause:

I'm bummed RDA quit, that would have been a great fight for the title. Someone's in the UFC has to take McGregor into the championship rounds. Robbie Lawler could also be a great fight, that guy can take punishment!

Not sure about Diaz though - he's got a reasonable chance, but short prep time. We'll see McGregor ar 170lbs, which will be interesting if he's serious about Lawler?

His fight promotion skills were recently compared to Ali's - he demurred the praise. But I reckon in a few years, after he talks his way into a Mayweather match and walks away with $100mil+. He might well earn the comparison.

I thought with the Diaz brother they're set as far as fitness goes as they're constantly involved with triathlons and what not but Nick Diaz was pretty much thrown around like a toy with Anderson Silva recently. Nate was in great shape in his last match IIRC so I hope that has stuck fitness has stuck around for this match. I love both of them for the entertainment value but McGregor is so invested in the art that I don't think he is even capable of losing at this point. I just want Diaz to beat him because it would cause such a stir in the pot!
It's going to be an interesting one.

With RDA out, the fight that I'm really interested in now is Holm vs Tate. Holly Holm got herself a new fan when she decimated Roussey in the last fight.

Two good fights, a fine reason to be up at 6am on sunday 8)

Know any good free live stream for it?

                I don't have TV.

                  PM'ed
                    eish, I can't believe!

Two very compelling fights - Tate had a solid plan and great patience, Diaz surprised McGregor with some heavy hands while McGregor was show boating - some tasty rematches coming up =D
Just yesterday I wanted to type that I don't see it going well for McGregor if it goes to the ground.
Damn Diaz with a spectacular finish. Just absolutely tossed Conor around like a toy at the end there.

The energy in that stadium must have been insane.
This is happening now btw: (UFC 196: Post-fight Press Conference)

                            Yes great finish.

Great strategy for facing Conor (if it was their strategy). Rock him with a few big ones, then get to the ground. It's difficult to grapple when you've been rocked, and Diaz's jits is great.

Regardless, hats of to Conor for fighting at 170.
Kerry McGregor vs Cameron Diaz? Bummed about missing that one...
Respect to Conor for handling the post fight interviews humbly whilst still remaining confident in himself and even managing to throw in some shit-talking there, saying that the featherweights are celebrating his loss but he'll cut back down and whip their asses to put them back in their place. Also the fact that he could recount exactly where he went wrong is the sign of a smart fighter.

And respect to Diaz for taking the fight on 10 days notice and for the best line of the night when Joe Rogan asked him what he had to say about his win to which he said, "I'm not surprised mother fuckers!" and then just walked away.
