  • Fretlocks - single string capo's

???
Some things I cannot rationally nor logically explain... :?

Even though I do have a few, I rarely use them. I rarely play original stuff that needs em or I don't accommodate singers that prefer another key. I'll usually try and rework the progression than use a capo.
Now can somebody play me a tune with these stringcapo's? Like to hear it impossible music
      Capo's are wonderful things!

Comes in handy if you use alternate tunings and prefer certain chord voicing! Also good stuff if there are two acoustic guitars, just to break up the same sounding chords! e.g. a silly example, if the song is in F, Capo on 1st fret and play E, just changes the monotony a little bit!

These fretlock things would be great to experiment with!

Just below the article in the link - with the user comments is a demo, not mind blowing though!

Certain things that my old guitar teacher did that I couldn't - this would come in rather handy. I also like to pedal off a open string, a bit limiting (to the open strings). But -for me- using one of these to capo a string would open up playing different keys, which would be great!
