Yeah. But apparently the actual street price is more around $400. Still a good deal though. Totally love the look of this guitar.

I forked out for a padded case, because I also want this to be my travel guitar. I think the slightly slimmer, shorter form should do well in airplane overhead bins.
    Very nice, I like!

I totally agree with your sentiment. When it's right it's right... that's how I ended up with my strat... I played three identical guitars, but when I picked up the last one something clicked. I've tried to describe it in the past, but I think you hit the nail on the head when you said it's when nothing fights you.

    Happy plucking!
Congrats man .... that looks good, big "LIKE".

        Ooh, slotted headstock, nice!
Congrats. Absolutely beautiful. Especially that headstock.
Thanks. I'd strongly recommend anyone looking for a quality acoustic on a budget go check out this Alvarez range. The dreadnought and the folk style guitars were also great. They do a jumbo too, but the example I tried didn't have a great sound.
              Oooh! Super tasty!

I have also been eyeing out those Alvarez parlours, and also, an Alvarez baritone.
Must have spent 3 hours at Music Experience shooting out between the Alvarez Baritone and the Lakewood baritone that they have in stock.

They make an excellent guitar at an excellent price point ?

Being an acoustic convert myself, I am really stoked that you decided you needed a steel string ?

                I'm enjoying it, I won't lie ?
Ohh, nice one! That is fine looking steel string, and I don't much care for steels usually.

+1 for a parlour size, there's something about that smaller size that I really get into. It's about the only time I'll play a steel and enjoy it - And they still can project with some respectable volume.

Resisting the urge to take a quick look-see at their dreadnoughts :/
Congrats man! They are great, I have the mahogany (sunburst) version, such a fun thing to play, very comfortable and easy!
I found the non mahogany versions a little bright for me, so went for the mellower mahogany version. Fitted it with a LR Baggs M1, very happy.

Awesome. Good to know there's another fan on here.
