  • Can anyone in Cape Town that knows their Tele's help me out?

If it's a cream USA deluxe w/tortiseshell binding I can tell you it's awesome ?
No it's not. It's one of the Telebration series with a body made from old growth Redwood.

Oooh, I'd buy just based on that, Tele unseen! ?
Maybe I can do it, not that I know my Teles THAT well but I can compare it to mine at least. Where is it?

Got to agree with that to be perfectly honest, while I only want Strats in my electrics collection and got rid of my Tele a couple of years ago, those Telebration Teles are high-end, American made, and limited edition instruments and the old growth redwood model was far and away the one I find/found most desirable.

Also likely to at the very least hold its value if not increase in value over time because of the exclusive nature of the beast.

My advice based on experience: if you're thinking about buying an item such as this, and one's assuming you can afford the asking price, then buy it. There's few disappointments more bitter than losing out on a potential one-of-a-kind opportunity like this.

            +1!
              Look at that!

All you need to ask yourself is:

              1. Does it feel good in my hands? ...and
              2. Does it look good in my hands?

Can I ask how much they asking? Oh wait nevermind I saw the price.
Thanks for the offer EZ. I accidentally tripped and fell and pulled the trigger, so the deal is done.

I have no self control... :-[

Do any of you CPT guys know of Electric Avenue Music in Bellville? Anyone had any dealings with them?
