Can anyone recommend (and preferably link) a local source for decent momentary footswitches? SPST or better.

I want to build a footswitch for my Vocalist Live Pro: Three switches, two diodes, casing and socket.

I've found some at Yebo!, but am not sure of the quality (or if the price is decent - with them you never know).
I needed the same thing for my Nova System. it was cheaper to buy a 3 switch Digitech (FS300) pedal .....all I did was mod the wiring to suit
While looking for switches I came across some hooter switches at Midas, very cheap so bought 6 to make a bank of switches for my cube 40. A bit agricultural but robust and work rather well, just had to modify two for the looper. Been working without issues for about six months. ?
        Thanks chaps!

FS300 currently retails at R895, and about R250 to build one. ?

Interesting! Do you mean a switch like this:

I got one a R325 at Music Connection Randburg ...s'true

BTW by the time its built, you would have spent more money in running around sourcing spares, enclosure etc Sooo R250 mmmm NO you need to do an actual costing

Lucky find, that. Well then, I'll give you R350. ?

No running around - all bought online from Mantech. So +delivery only. I'll probably throw in some IEC plugs and sockets and other bits and pieces I need anyway, so make the delivery charge even more worthwhile.

Then I just need to find some time...

similar but larger and made of strong Bakelite, 6 switches cost R60.00 plus 3 jackplugs, some cable, homemade box from scraps. Total cost, about R140.00 ?
I have used the DP latching stomp switches from Yebo. The biggest problem is that the casing tends to melt when you try solder wires onto them and then they don't work too good any more. Once soldered they are solid.
