gavin-taitz
My name is Gavin Taitz and I'm an alcoholic, sorry i meant newbie and looking forward to connecting all kinds of musos who just love music, my gear includes 2 Jem guitars and 2 cort guitars and a mesa boogie transatlantic amp. I enjoy all styles of music even metal and even though i play jazz and latin American styles of music to make money. I admire metal players chops and speed mechanics and dropped tunings are really cool. 8)

Beautiful Gavin!
Do you use the Boogie for Jazz? - I ask in honesty as the last time I played one was nearly twenty years ago and the rhythm tone of mine didn't do much for me. I would think that they have made some big improvements over the years.

yes i use for jazz i have options , with jem i use boss ac simulater and reverb and delay tc electronics pedals and chorus and eq added on from boss gt-10 , i am still working on my sound currently this sound has worked for gigs.another alternative is court accoustic( nylon) string with acoustic boss gt-10 gives nice latin american sound .Nice thing is i have always loved valve warm sound and i use to have two marshall amps but lost them due to unfoseen circumstances.

I got mesa in the US and use it with a step down transformer , worth it at half the price and i think they not bringing mesa amps in to country.
