Huh. So this hasn't been done yet. Let's see your diabolical SGs. Rules are broad. They must basically have the curvy pointy goodness that says that they are obviously based on the remodeled Gibson Les Paul of 1961. ESP Vypers and even a Guild S-100 are ok, for reference. As usual, no product shots, only pics of the actual guitar you own.

I've finally bonded with my Angus Young SG. I use it almost entirely for slide at the moment. It needs some set up and electronics changes before I use it for anything more general. No more plans to flog it.

I normally don't aim much of my drooling at SGs, but that is puuuuurty, Singe.
Sorry, swapped mine. Got fed up with the neck dive thing. Loved the tone, though.

        Ah. So sad. ☹
Your Angus Young SG is sublime.......the tailpiece is stunning on the SG.

Dunno if this counts, my SG Double Neck - Ibanez 1976 12 String / 6 String (Model 2402)

Dude, I think that counts. Twice...
Unfortunately I cannot contribute pics to this thread ☹ Great guitars

Heh. I didn't even think about those double necks. Nice. I remember a guy who used to do all the Page parts on an Ibanez like this in a band in the early '90s. It sounded great and looked monstrously impressive too. What does that thing weigh? ?

                domatch, let's see it.

I really wonder if this may be one of the least loved, or at least owned, guitar designs on GFSA? Where are all the Epipones, for example?

oh hell, hope i haven't caused confustication - mine is white, but it's a plain ol' sg. not a fancy double-neck. i'd be super chuffed to own one, but i don't know that i'd every play it - probably just build a case for it, and maybe set up a hard rock café around it. yeah.

                  that'd be fun

Nah. I was unclear. The first part of my post was aimed at Psean.

                      SG’s make seriously photogenic guitars...

I realised that I have had a lot of SG’s:

                      USA Gibson Special

                      Epiphone G400

                      Legacy

                      Harley Benton

                      Epiphone G400

                      Epihone SG Junior

                      Junior siblings

And finally, my latest Epi SG (pity about the poor phone photo though)

Haha. It looks like your attempt to trim down your collection hasn't gone very well. ?

I'm seriously falling for this SG -Zoot, checkout the link to see high quality pics of just how beautiful this guitar is, if I had the cash I'd buy it in a heartbeat...
that is a serious breach of the rules of this thread. but in my opinion, it's 1000% forgivable. shoowee...

The only reaonable thing to do is to buy it then.... ?

Now I'm confused? (and as SG-less as ever ☹ ) I thought it was aimed at PaulJ - he's the one with the double necked Ibby (hey, a pointy Ibanez... ? ).
Interested in how much that thing weighs too.
This is my '04 Gibson SG Standard:

It has a monster of a neck, the fattest and widest neck I have ever played, but it suits me. Just love this guitar!
Nice! I do like reflector knobs on an SG. And an SG goes great with a red amp ?
