This post is about 2 weeks late. Thanks to Jason (Jack Flash Jr) I'm now the proud owner of a bass guitar with some mojo! (And I got it for a steal - thank you Jason!!)
I always enjoy a good piece of gear with some pre-existing mojo! ?

It's a pretty Ibanez but, sadly, with no eye-gouging bits ? I don't have a bass amp yet so have just been playing it through my amp with my headphones attached. So far I've figured out the main bass riff to "another one bites the dust". It's my first bass (and first time playing a bass) so I'm proud of my little achievement :-[
My goal is to get to a "respectable" level of proficiency and then join a band. It's not that easy joining a band as a "lead guitarist". Everyone wants to play lead guitar and there are so many people out there so much better than I am! So, hopefully, this will be an easier way to get some gigging experience and HAVE STUPID AMOUNTS OF FUN!
