Interested in this too. Funnily enough I'm looking at the impulse 49 ?.
I think it helps to know what you want out of it, from what I've seen:
- trigger pads
- DAW transport control
- mod/pitch wheels
- non-weighted/semi-weighted keys
- aftertouch
- what software you use, some are designed specifically for ableton.
Did I miss anything?
The impulse range seemed like a good cost/quality/feature balance, but I haven't actually used one yet.
