The whole women-belong-in-the-kicthen joke is not funny. I'm 27 and I have heard millions of varieties of it. Not funny.
Also, I don't care if it's just a joke, it's a harmful joke.
But where do you draw the line? Are we so politically correct that there will be no more comedy or satire ?
I have a whole life of people joking about my weight, are fat jokes going to be like a racist joke as well?
I work with a whole bunch of young guys, I get the Old Man jokes, "Not bad for a toppie" etc etc
Do I get offended, No because I am comfortable with who I am, are all the comments said with malicious intent, I don't think so
Justin Bieber gets more insults than any female musician on this very Forum, in fact so do the Parlotones, Ovation Guitars, Bass Players, Zoom Products etc.
Where do we draw the line?
Just now we won't be able to say " I don't like Fender" because it just might offend
