And I have no idea who the Runaways are or were unfortunately.
I only knew her solo career and the work she did with Ozzy, who also clearly thought she was really talented, given that he worked with Tony Lommi, Randy Rhoads, Zakk Wylde and recently Slash. Id just assume, he knew talent when he heard it :?

Never said she was not good , said she got a lot of recognition cos she was smoking hot....
Which album did ozzy actually record with her btw, I have never seen her credited on any of his work at album level, may have played gigs with him but the collaboration was brief bar for a single.....I think they recorded one song which was her most successful release ever and let's not forget she hired Sharon as her manager hence the hookup..it was a ploy....she was also engaged to iommi at one stage..the duet with ozzy never made it onto an album as I recall
If you trawl the net my sentiments of her smoking hot looks and guitar ability made her semi successful not only her guitar playing ability...
An this ain't sexist, trading on looks goes back to ...well even before the recording industry began.....
