Gobsmackingly brilliant.... Blown away by some of the stuff dan was doing with a guitar...kept looking for the magic boxes but of course there were none, just brillaint guitarmanship...

Make a plan and get to see him if not seen before an even if you have go see him again ....

      I chatted with Dan yesterday at MC.
      What a cool guy, so modest and down to earth.

      I remember when he played at the Heath Fouche benefit gig at Tanz.
      He had never played with Denholm Harding and Brent Harris before.
      He sent them a CD of the 3 songs they'd play.
      They walked onto the stage...Denholm took 1 minute to soundcheck, same with Brent, Dan grabbed a little white Fender Deluxe Reverb from the back of the stage, pulled it right next to him.
      Plugged in his pedalboard, had a Keeley Compressor and a Blues Boy Deluxe or Pro, can't remember, looked up at the soundman, gave him a thumbs up, and boom, started to play.
