so i have a tablet i'd like to sell..
sure its not music related, but seeing as IK multimedia products are now being made for music creation on android, may i advertise it in the classifieds?

Well if you take Gumtree as an example you could... I mean there was that hospital bed in the instruments section. GFSA standards are a different story though.

Well maybe it is Alan ....... If it has FX software on it and comes with a iRig interface then surely its a Multi-FX device if present as such .....

If it's set up to be a music device and comes with the attendant hardware, then yes, but if it's just a tablet with the potential to be a music device than it's the same as any other computing device.

I think that's a fair call Alan.
I have no issue at all with Norman selling his ipad on the forum classifieds, but a precedent has to be set, with things like this, or we'll soon have people posting nothing in the forum, but coming on here to sell their non-musical goodies.
Sooo...go buy one of those digitech docs, then post it ?

We did have this question before and I threw it open to members to comment and the overwhelming response was to keep it musical items only.

Although this is an old topic, I despise making a new topic about something so similar (Classified content question). Can we maybe possibly consider that a member of this forum has to be a member for 30 days before posting about enlargement creams in the classified section. Sure it won't stop them, but it might slow them down for a while. Maybe even until a better, more permanent solution is found. Again, sorry it's not a new topic.

Happens more often than people know. Sorry - usually I see it before others do (I was busy watching a movie with the wife for a change). In future, don't sweat it, just send me a PM to make sure I know about it and I'll attend to it immediately.
