So Last night I went to go watch wendy Oldfield Live at theRadium. She is an amazing singer and really enjoyed her performance.





Really kak pic bec I was a little drunk but I have to say she is fantastic. It was her unplugged tour for her launch of her new album.

    i think we need like a running ticker tape on top of GFSA with gigs being broadcast....i not even know this was on...like so many other gigs i only hear about too late.
      yeah we do. I only heard about it last night and went with a friend. R80 to get in but I thought it was worth it. ?
        Wendy dose not age at all still looks that same as when we used to watch her and Robin Auld at the Brass Bell in Kalk Bay way back when Pa fell off the bus

            Ja she is rather naais.

            I met her back in 2001 when we play some acoutic gig in Oribi Gorge. She had her 2 year old (at the time) with her and we were playing with the kid back stage.
            Steven Murray, our guitarist at the time, commented that he loves that song, "Please don't stop believing." She wasn't going to play it I think but she did and said "To the handsome young man who asked earlier, tis is for you"

            Great memory.
