Anyone know whether they use UPS or USPS for international orders? My tracking number isn't showing anything on either site (It was shipped today, so I probably just have to be patient 8) )

They send using both, send out with USPS, then when it arrives here ups will deliver. They rarely provide you a proper tracking number. What I do is phone ups and they search on my name, they can then tell me arrival times and cost etc

Are you guys buying guitars there ? I think my wallet will be happy that they don't ship the items I wanted to SA, but just in case the rush of blood to the head resurfaces .... do they ship guitars to SA or are you using something like myus etc ?

They ship used guitars here. Mine was condition 1, which means the packaging isn't 100%. For condition 2 guitars they have photos or list why it isn't being sold as a new instrument.

Thanks, one item was new, but the other was used. Might have been an id 10 t or pebkac error ? Will try again.

i bought a condition 1 guitar ... it was brand new ..... came with a 45 day reutrn guarantee too....

cant remember who they sshipped with but i was able to follow it with the trackign number the whole way until it arrived at my offices ...

I accidently tripped and fell and somehow my shipping and credit card details end up on the site ! My order however still says processing two days later.

Lol. I ordered the Thursday and it shipped the following Tuesday. The tracking number they gave me isn't working (UPS says it is missing a digit), so I am waiting on a reply to the mail I sent them.

Don't worry too much about this. When I bought my amp from them I also couldn't get the tracking to work. I was still trying to figure out what the hell was going on with the tracking when the amp arrived at my door. ?

From my experience their call centre was much better to deal with than email response and it's open from very early their time until very late their time, so you don't need to phone at some absurd time.
