Godin Session

Hey Guys,

I see someone selling these on Gumtree and say they are the dealer but does anyone have any expereince with these Godin Sessions?
They look like pretty badass guitars, the reviews also seem positive. For the price they seem very very nice.

If this was purchased what would need to be upgraded if anything?

I played a Godin Session and it sounded very good. It has a little more grunt than a normal strat especially in the bridge position imo. Godin make quality instruments that are very hard to fault in craftsmanship and tone. I am currently looking for either a Godin Progression or Session plus. Hope that helps. I'm sure someone in the forum owns one and will give you some feedback.

I actually dont think that dealer has the sessions, i think she only has the redline's if that what they called?. Just double check if you actually planning to buy one.

I have heard only good things about Godin though, even their lower ends are pretty good it seems. All in all, Godin are generous gas givers aren't they!?

Completely!! I didn't know I wanted one till I saw it on Gumtree, then reading reviews, checking the site it seems like a damn fine guitar.

The lady/dealer did get back to me, they are getting more in soon or something and will let me know. For that price though I might just have to pick one up.

Shibrew, no clue, but you know too many people in retail. (not that its a bad thing, and i would know!). Also. Just curious as to how the pursuit of the godin has gone?

Is she based out in Florida/Roodepoort? I need to know hahaha
