We've got a killer PA, staging, we've found a fair size venue in Jhb willing to accomodate us, and we've teamed up with a top notch sound engineer.
Now we're looking for bands of all genres and levels of proficiency and or popularity. We are not big money promoters. As indicated by the various threads on the subject, there is a lack of decent venues and sound is always a big issue. We are all in the music v.2 era, we want to provide a fair opportunity and fair a deal for all involved.
If you are in that band who only get out of bed for X thousands ronts and a case of Johny black on the green room rider then tell your manager guy we probably wont be getting back to him.
If you are that band who knows that you are your own best 'promoter' and that you are only as good as your last gig then please contact me.
We currently have a standing arrangement for a once a month gig for 3 bands and an audition slot at the beginning of the evening.
