I can a great deal on Amazon. Just want to make sure of the brands. A Wuhan 18'' china, i wanted to take a 16'' ,but I heard they crack easily, so is Wuhan a good choice? And the sound of the 18'' , is it good?

I'm not a drummer per se, but been around them all my life. Have never heard of the brand Wuhan, well, not locally at least. But if you say its affordable, and you can spend some cash, why not. Music is all about finding interesting and unique sounds

In my experience they are brittle (not very "strong") as their price might indicate but sound good.
1- Cheap labor. Very cheap labor. Made in China, probably mostly by non-trained employees.
2- No Overhead, no endorsers, no advertisements, etc.
You get what you pay for on this one.
I would NOT recommend buying these online as they are generally a "hit or miss" because of their lack of quality control. You need to test it first to find one that speaks to you, some are good, some are really sh$t.
Also remember with buying overseas is that - you need to cough up import taxes/duties/VAT of some sort which makes most deals not so much a deal after all the involved costs. Make sure you know exactly what it's gonna cost total otherwise you might as well buy locally.

The Chinese have been making cymbals and gongs for thousands of years and they still hand hammer them (which Zildjian haven't done since they moved production from Turkey to the US). Wuhan have been around for nearly 2000 years and have been available here for 15 years or more.
They make some great cymbals (especially their China cymbals and some gloriously trashy thin splashes), but I agree that every one is different, so you have to try them to find the one that speaks to you. They also do some B8 alloy cymbals on the cheaper side which are great for the money.
Also if you are a heavier drummer, you'll need to go for a heavier, brighter cymbal, which kills the character of a China cymbal to a large degree IMO. The thinner ones sound better, but are prone to cracking if you torture them.

I usually only import reputable higher-end gear where the standard of QC leaves little to nothing to chance... If it's a brand where quality varies from item to item, I prefer to see, feel and/or hear it for myself... Otherwise its a gamble.

The quality doesn't vary much, but they are not cookie-cutter products either so there is variation in tone from example to example - like a hand-made acoustic guitar.

okay cool, thanks guys. Any recommended brands then? And I'm going for a Gibraltar double bass pedal, comments?
