Lamb of God seriously have the best guitarists. Mark Morton and Willie Addler just do everything right. Listen to any song really (esp from Sacrament and Ashes of the Wake) and you'll see, some other bands just won't be worth listening to...
But besides their guitarists, Check out the Drummer (Chris Addler) and their bassist(John Cambel)!! But above all, their vocalist Randy Blythe is just awesome.. Sure I sound like a fan boy, but it's kinda hard not to when everyone is that band is flying past decent and that why they are alround just Wicked!!
The only problem i think is that sometimes you get lost in trying to listen to one aspect, cause all of them are really good.seriously

yeah they are a good band...i think they should start soloing though,it's getting kinda old now(solo from Ruin is pretty cool)
i prefer Ashes of the Wake to Sacrament though
i have a friend that won't listen to anything but Lamb Of God and i'll be honest when i first got into 'em i absolutely loved 'em,but don't get yourself caught up to listening to only one band...
that guy i know has actually become quite a idiot because everything or anything you say about any other band he'll say lamb Of God is better and it's actually REALLY annoying...
so like i said listen to other bands aswell and keep your musical senses broad(i'm trying to word all this in a way not to offend you ?)

intelligent guys all of them...if u wanna c morton at his best, watch the sacrament DVD when he plays the guys Descending for the first time...they all think its too slow, but i think he made a masterpiece outta it!LOVE this band
fun fact: because chris learnt drums just to be in the band, he doesnt know how to play anything else, just LOG songs

if you a fan of Randy Blythe. listen to the new Gojira cd ?
he does guest vocals in the song 'adoration for none' and it works insanely well in the song

I used to be into LOG, Much prefer the AOTW album though.
Sacrament is a tad bit too produced (rubbish) for my liking. Redundant effects and not too mention the amount of copying/pasting on the guitar and bass tracks and the over sampling of the drums that make it sound too programmed.
But they do play dirt tight live ?
+1 on the new Gojira. On this album Logan Mader doesn't use as much vocal effects as Machine did so you hear Randy's voice better.

Yeah I know what you meen about getting caught up in one band. I know a guy or two like that - pretty irritating.
But i'm still into other stuff - like Devildriver, Hatebreed, Slipknot etc..
been listening to them much more now (Slipknot cuz of the new album and Devildriver cuz they're finally coming down to S.A.)
