i spent the day at brian, jamming, filing guitars nuts , the usual.

and i think it would be great to share some pictures with you of guitars he has built that is currently is his workshop, or some of them that he have kept.

this is a guitar he is ready to finish up, it is my guitar, alder body, maple neck, wenge fretboard, we are still deciding on a finish, but going to experiment with a stain and see:

a very old one he made way back, double neck, bottom one is fretless:

the pine tele:

some necks waiting to be used

still to be finished guitar:

and the most amazing one is this one, seymour duncan p90's, a monster of a guitar:

he also builds alot of these oild can guitars:
the guitar layeing on the table is the guitar i built, he helped me fix all my problems i had with the guitar

here is a pic of the first guitar i bought from him way back, i dont think i have shown this one on the forum yet:

...............and the coolest entrance to a workshop

i will upload more pics of my new guitar the closer it gets to be completed
yeah i feel like a child in a candy store every time i go to his workshop
        i like those necks ?
        very very cool!!!
The one with the P90s does look pretty awesome, reminds of Rickenbacker a bit maybe
            Excellent!
A good friend of mine is going down on the 17th to take up an apprenticeship with Mr. Fanner. Now I know how lucky he is!

                is it calvin ?
is still need to meet him
The one with the P90's remind me of a PRS with P90's (minus the flame top and scratch plate)

Has the same sort of "style" in my mind.
Ric 620 like in your picture: all Maple neck through body, 'crescent wave' horns, flat top, trapeze tailpiece with TOM style bridge and angled away neck, truss rod cover across entire headstock, tuners in line, electronics behind top mounted plastic pickguard, chrome pickup mounts, inlay fret markers, bound fingerboard.
Brian Fanner guitar like in the picture: none of that ?
Well hey, that's what popped in my head when I saw it, what difference does it make. I like the builds, that's the most important thing.
