Redknapp,Ferguson get more out of their teams than the sum of their parts..a special breed.
both thee guys work miracles i reckon,...an remember united were on the verge of firing ferguson in the early days...
Redknapp nowhere near Ferguson unfortunately and will flop as England Manager if chosen, besides managerial skills, where's he going to find any decent english players, at least at Spurs he can buy foreigners.
Ferguson has obviously developed a culture at Man United where each player is disciplined and proud to wear the badge. Any player who does not subscribe is transferred out, remember Beckham, Veron and Stam. Rooney possibly being the only exception, although we don't really know what really happened with his holding United to Ransom, could have been the media blowing it out of proportion.
Watch any game that United play, every player will get back and defend, even the games where they are absolute crap, they still win because they have the Attitude to win.
Man City, Chelsea, Spurs are still teams of individuals, and have a long way to go, even with their Superior players.
The scary thing will be when he steps down, Who will take the job?
