In respect to the Forum...... I dont think this is something I want ot see being discussed when I go to talk about gear or guitar, as its a bit close to home. I am a member of The Geat Page and Dr Z Forum, and they have banned any talk on this subject...
OK... so where does the line get drawn? This is the off-topic board after all, it's supposed to be for discussion of things that fall outside of GFSA's core subject - namely guitaring. If we get too prescriptive we might as well not have an off-topic board at all.
HOWEVER
Some of the language is getting a bit heated. I'm going to tidy some of that up and ask you all to please remember that this is a family forum and a friendly forum.
This is a very significant event, and it's quite natural that people should want to talk about it, but let's keep it civil please, and ixnay on the religion and the politics. I actually have an inclination myself to debate along both those lines,
but not here. There are other fora where such debate is permissible.
