Meh... it hasn't got Gibson written on the headstock, must be rubbish so. ?

If it did though, here's what I want:

Lemme know when you spot it on Junkmail, OK?
There are actually some very nice things on that site that the others lack.. very cool
I'm trying to find one that does Explorers but with the same detail as this one
Here's one I cooked up. Mmm. Sure would like this. Actually it looks kinda familiar ?

But now I get to see what it would look like with reflectors and the pickguard back on. Pickguard stays off. Reflectors planned. I dig these webapps.

I feel we've gone long enough without a stupid question. So, what are reflectors?
So this would be mine...quite similar to singe's...

And it must be kept safe in this...

Thats flippen cool!!! really nice features there!!
My baby could always be complimented by a twin...

Interesting, so the score so far is:

                  4/4 for P90 pickups
                  4/4 for pick guards
                  3/4 for Bigsby tremolo
only 1/4 for wraparound bridge (which is what I would've chosen if I hadn't gone for the bigsby)

C'mon everybody, let's see some more guitars to see which features are most popular.

If that's the twin of your baby, I'd love to see a pic of your baby. Have you got a pic up somewhere? Looks like a beautiful axe.

The knobs with the little reflecty tops. Not to be confused with witch-hat knobs which also have reflecty tops.
                      Aha, thanks.

I've wasted the best part of the day messing around with this app, it's good fun. And I've whipped myself into a frenzy with the gorgeous acoustics that can be made.

I can so see myself playing this one:

But then, acoustics with painted tops typically don't sound as good and no-one in his right mind would paint over a good solid top anyway so here's one I'd probably be more likely to buy, alder top, Brazilian rosewood fretboard and headstock - yum!
                        Flippen cool.

I've been toying with the idea of refinishing one of my Epi LP's. This has convinced me to go for it ?

Stupid question - how do you guys save what you've done? I want to post mine here aswell ???

I don't know if the other guys have easier ways of doing it but here's what I did:
                          1. Take a screen capture (PrtSc button on your keyboard - provided you're not using a Mac or some other crappy computer)
                          2. Paste the screen shot in my favourite image editing software (I use The Gimp but chances are you'd be more familiar with Photoshop or some such)
                          3. Crop away everything that isn't the guitar.
                          4. Save the image to disk
                          5. Load the image into my favourite web hosting site (not really, I used PhotoBucket but it isn't my favourite)
                          6. Post the link here

I'd be keen to see your design.
                            Cool 8)

Will give it a go in a few minutes.

                            Shot.
                              Sweet 8)

                              Here we go.

Nothing fancy really. Just a complete sand down and clear re-spray really. I suppose it all depends on what the grain of the wood looks like under the finish :-\

I could get a piece of nice maple veneer from one of our suppliers at work and pop that on if it doesn't look great. Shouldn't be a problem right?

I'd replace all gold hardware with black hardware a remove a tone pot( don't really use them but would want to keep one hooked up to both pickups just in case ?).

                                Hmmm... :-\

Maybe do one like above and another like this?

                                This could get interesting ?
